However, there was a period from 10:15 PM CDT to midnight when the circuit was available and calls were received after the first repair attempt.  

    With continued monitoring of our circuits, we have noticed additional toll-free numbers starting to fail.  The original reported incident of those 1000 numbers should be up and currently receiving fax traffic.  

    However, additional toll-free numbers could be down (ringing busy or other not available error) starting around 1:15 PM CDT, today, April 19th.

    Our Telcom Carrier has been reengaged and they are currently investigating.

    New invoices posting will still be possible but their publication to Chorus Pro portal will be put on hold during maintenance operation and will progressively resume once Chorus Pro services are back.

    2024-04-19 20:07 UTCNEW - For about 1000 of our toll-free numbers, they were down (ringing busy or other not available error) from 2 PM CDT yesterday, April 18th to 1 PM CDT today, April 19th. However, there was a period from 10:15 PM CDT to midnight when the circuit was available and calls were received after the first repair attempt.  

    With continued monitoring of our circuits, we have noticed additional toll-free numbers starting to fail.  The original reported incident of those 1000 numbers should be up and currently receiving fax traffic.  

    However, additional toll-free numbers could be down (ringing busy or other not available error) starting around 1:15 PM CDT, today, April 19th.

    Our Telcom Carrier has been reengaged and they are currently investigating.

    This statement only concerns customers that submit invoices to Chorus Pro portal.
    In order to perform a technical upgrade, Chorus Pro, the platform for French public administration e-invoicing, has communicated about an exceptional maintenance operation planned from Friday, April 26th at 5:00 PM UTC to Monday, May 13th at 5:00 AM UTC.

    New invoices posting will still be possible but their publication to Chorus Pro portal will be put on hold during maintenance operation and will progressively resume once Chorus Pro services are back.
